To easily use any transportation services in the UAE then, you might need to consider buying a Nol Card, as it can also be helpful in non-transportation services. If you already have a Nol Card and want to renew it, then you can use either the online or offline method that I have provided in this guide. You can use the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to renew your Nol Card and keep your journeys smooth.

Roads and Transport Authority’s (RTA) official portal provides an easy method to renew your Nol Card, but you have to ensure that you can only renew it before or after 5 days of its expiry.
You can use the following LINK to go to RTA’s official website.
Now hover your mouse to the “Public Transport” on the homepage of the RTA Website. Then to “nol” and choose “explore nol“.
Now, find the “Renew Travel Pass” option, and you will be directed to the next page.
You will be given two steps:
After the payment process is completed, then it might take 45 minutes to 4 hours to activate your card. Then simply use your card to any online parking meter or metro gate.
Metro stations can provide a much easier method to renew your Nol Card. Simply ask any representative and give your card, specify your travel zones, and tell the desired validity period. You can pay either through cash or a bank card, and then your Nol Card will be renewed.
