Find the “OTHER SERVICES – PERSONAL INFORMATION – UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION – UPDATE” and click on the “Start Service” button.
Step 3: Enter your personal information

- On the form, first choose your Nationality.
- Select the “File Type” as Visa.
- If you’re a resident of Dubai, then select 3 Sections Number or 4 Sections number for the residents from other Emirates (You can see your File number on your resident visa)
- File Number or Identity Number is required for Residency.
- Enter your name in English, and then an Arabic Name will automatically be written.
- Write your Passport Number, Date of Birth, and Last Entry Date.
- Finally, enter your Email Address.
Step 4: Editing your Mobile Number
- After filling out the above form, a new form will appear right below.
- Click on the “Edit Mobile Number” box and enter your new number in the box below your old number.
- Your new number will receive a message in the form of a “One-Time Password” for verification.
- After verifying the OTP, click on “Proceed”.
Step 5: Reviewing your application
Ensure that your form contains all the correct information, as any wrong information can cause issues or result in the revoking of your application.
Step 6: Payment
- The next step is to pay for your application.
- The payment fee is usually AED 53, but it can change depending on the situation.
- Upon payment, you will receive an email at your given Email Address.
Step 7: Confirmation
- When you complete the above steps, you will receive a notification in 2-7 days for successfully changing your mobile number.
