Method 01: By Official Dubai Police Website
You can check and pay for your traffic fine through the Dubai official website by following these steps:
Step 1: First, you have to go to the Official Website of Dubai Police.
Step 2: Now log in to your account using your UAE PASS.
Step 3: Back on the homage, you will find “Traffic Service” and click on it.
Step 4: Now click on the “Inquire button” of the “Fines Inquiry and Payment.”
Step 5: On the next page, click on the “Access Service” in the green button to start your process.
But before starting, make sure you have either of the following information available to you:
- Driver’s License number
- Vehicle Plate number
- Traffic File number
- Traffic Fine number
Make sure you have the valid following information:
- Valid Email ID
- Mobile phone number
Step 6: Now choose one of the methods from the following depending on the information available to you:
- Plate Detail: You must write your plate no, plate source, plate category, and plate code.
- Traffic Code No: You only need to write your Traffic.
- License Detail: You need to write your license number and source.
- Ticket Detail: You need to write your Fines source, fine number, and fine year.
- Finally, complete the captcha and click the “Search” button to view the details about your fines.
Step 7: You can pay your fine using cash, E-Dirham, or your Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard).
Method 02: By Official Dubai Police App
Using your mobile app can also be an option when checking through the Dubai Police by following these steps:
Step 1: Download the app on both Android and iOS smartphones.
Step 2: Open the app and log in to your account using your UAE PASS.
Step 3: You can find the “Fine Payment” option on the app’s main page and click on it.
Step 4: Now, you need to select one of the methods to check your fine.

- Traffic Code No.: You only need to write your Traffic.

- Ticket Detail: You need to write your Fines source, fine number, and fine year.
Step 5: After clicking on the “next” button, check your fine and choose to pay for your fine using your debit or credit card. You may need to wait for the OTP you will receive on your phone number or email address.
Method 3: By RTA Website
If you have an RTA account, then you can also use the RTA website to pay for your fine by following these steps:

- Traffic Code Number: Write the traffic file number that you received.

Method 4: By MOI Website
The Ministry of Interior (MOI) also provides a way for you to check and pay for your fine by following these steps:
Step 1: First, you must go to their Official Website and log in to your account using your UAE PASS.
Step 2: On the homepage, you need to locate “Payment of Traffic Fine” and click on the “Start Service” button.
Step 3: Now, you need to choose one of the available methods to search your fine.
- Traffic Profile Number: You only need to write your traffic profile number to see all your fines.
- Plate Information: Write your traffic number, plate number, plate source, plate type, and plate color. Solve the CAPTCHA and finally click on the “Search” button.
- License Information: Input your driver’s license number and license source. Solve the CAPTCHA and finally click on the “Search” button.
- Emirates ID: You can write your Emirates ID if you do not have any other information.
- Fine Information: Input your Emirate, year, and fine number and solve the CAPTCHA.
Step 4: Now, you can see all the outstanding fines. Choose the fine you want to pay, click on “Select all tickets” to pay for all of your fines, and then click on the “Next” button.
Step 5: A summary will be shown to see all the fines you will be paying for, and then click on the “next: button.

TAMM also gives you the ability to check and pay for your traffic fine in Abu Dhabi by following these steps:
Step 1: You can download the app on Android and iOS smartphones.
Step 2: You can log in to the account using your UAE PASS.
Step 3: Click the “Pay” button in the “Total Fines” section on top of the main interface.
Step 4: Here, you can see all your fines. If you have many fines, you can filter by tapping on the “Type” and selecting “Traffic Fine” to see all your fines.
Step 5: Now, you need to tap on the fine you wish to pay or select all the fines by tapping the box on the left side.
Step 6: Now click the “Proceed to pay” button to continue the process.
Step 7: If you have already saved your credit card or debit card information, then the payment is automatically deducted, and the payment is successful.
Method 8: By TAMM Website
If you don’t want to install any app, you can use their official website to pay your fine.
