You need to wait for the SMS provided by the delivery services to make sure it is ready for collection. To collect your card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Dial the following number of ICP Smart Service: 600522222.
Step 2: Listen to the instructions carefully and choose “Emirates ID“.
Step 4: Now select “Expats” and select your preferred language from the list provided by the helpline.
Step 5: Wait for your call to transfer to the agent.
Step 6: There, you can ask for updates from the agent.
