Even if you have received a “Card is Printed” message, but there is no delivery, then there might be different reasons, such as delays due to the high volume of newly made Emirates ID cards.
You need to wait for the SMS provided by the delivery services to make sure it is ready for collection. To collect your card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Dial the following number of ICP Smart Service: 600522222.
Step 2: Listen to the instructions carefully and choose “Emirates ID“.
Step 4: Now select “Expats” and select your preferred language from the list provided by the helpline.
Step 5: Wait for your call to transfer to the agent.
Step 6: There, you can ask for updates from the agent.
Now, you can solve any issue regarding receiving your Emirates ID card, even if it says it is printed.
