Step 1: Click the link to open their official website
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Recharge Card” button on the right side of the page in the middle of the “Register Here” and “Pay Fines” option.
Step 3: Now, write your correct card’s serial number in the box.
Step 4: On the next page, you can see the details of your card. Now, you can select the amount you want to recharge in your Hafilat Card from the drop-down list.
Step 5: Click on the box on the left side of “I accept Terms of Use” and click the “Payment” button.
